Students' Basic Training Leadership - LDKS

Students' Basic Training Leadership also known as "LDKS" is a school program that provides students to develop their leadership skills so that they can become leaders in the future. Usually this program is attended by the first grade of high school.

Apart from training students to have a leadership spirit, "LDKS" also have many benefits for students. 


First, Discipline. Through LDKS, students are expected to become disciplined individuals, namely committed to obeying existing rules and regulations. 


Second, Responsibility. To become leaders, students must learn to be responsible for their duties and obligations, so that they can complete them well.


Third, Management Skills. In LDKS, management knowledge is usually provided, so the participants will understand how to manage their time to be a good leader.


In conclusion, "LDKS" is very useful for students to attend. Not only training their leadership spirit, but also honing their skills. So that they can be a great leader in the future for their country.
