They're like a roadmap for making the world as a better place for everyone. Students' Basic Training Leadership also known as "LDKS" is a school program that provides students to develop their leadership skills so that they can become leaders in the future. Usually this program is attended by the first grade of high school. Apart from training students to have a leadership spirit, "LDKS" also have many benefits for students.  First, Discipline. Through LDKS, students are expected to become disciplined individuals, namely committed to obeying existing rules and regulations.  Second, Responsibility. To become leaders, students must learn to be responsible for their duties and obligations, so that they can complete them well. Third, Management Skills.  Why Should We Continue Our Study to University Nowadays, education has become the way to make people human. It is believed to develop people’s minds and sharpen their skills and aptitude. It can give them the opportunity to store knowledge and implement it in their life. In this era, everything grows fast and competition becomes a culture in many fields. Globalization demands people survive the competition. It is undeniable that to get a better salary and job, people need to meet the qualifications, and education or any degree is always the first on the list. Therefore, people need to go to university. University does not only provide education in terms of knowledge and skills. There are many opportunities to build networking which is very important to support their career in the future.
